Privacy

A small site should collect little data.

This notice describes how project enquiries and optional callback details are handled. It does not assume a legal company entity that has not been established.

What we may collect

If you email us directly, your email provider and ours process the message and normal delivery metadata. If the optional callback form is enabled, we may collect the contact method or contact value you provide and an optional short note.

Following the X link takes you to X. We do not receive the contents of your X account through this site.

Why we use it

We use project enquiry or callback information only to understand why you contacted us, assess fit, respond to you, and keep enough context to continue the conversation.

What we do not ask for in V1

The callback form does not require a project brief, budget, company size, deadline, phone number, or attachment. Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card data, health records, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site and, when the optional callback form is enabled, performs anti-abuse checks and runs the isolated callback endpoint. Zoho Mail receives direct project email and any callback notification sent to the studio mailbox. The callback design does not add a project database. X is an external destination linked from the Contact Hub and does not process callback form data for this site.

Retention and requests

If an enquiry or callback does not become an active project, we normally delete it from the active mailbox within 180 days after the last substantive contact. If a project begins, relevant information may be kept for the active relationship and reasonable business, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legal needs. Limited residual copies may remain temporarily in service-provider backup, deletion-recovery, security, or delivery-log systems.

For access, correction, or deletion requests about a project enquiry, email privacy@inkblocklab.com.

Production collection state

The optional callback form must remain disabled unless its delivery destination, anti-abuse configuration, public privacy contact, retention practice, and this notice have passed the production collection gate. Direct project email does not depend on that callback endpoint.
